As an SR, matters affecting members in their line of duty including communications from and to the union are channeled through the SR. With such a responsibility, the training is expected to bolster the performance of their duties as School Representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">During the period of the training, participants will be trained on different modules, including Role of SRs, Communication Skills, Rule Books, Leadership, Conflict and Grievance Handling amongst others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Gambia Teachers Union has organized a School Representatives training for another cohort of SRs in the Central River Region town of Janjanbureh.
