{"id":1199,"date":"2021-09-28T12:54:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-28T12:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gtu.gm\/web\/?p=1199"},"modified":"2022-07-14T13:05:56","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T13:05:56","slug":"gtu-rolls-out-training-of-regional-trainers-workshop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gtu.gm\/web\/gtu-rolls-out-training-of-regional-trainers-workshop\/","title":{"rendered":"GTU ROLLS  OUT TRAINING OF REGIONAL TRAINERS WORKSHOP"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Cognizant of the need to abreast its structures on their roles as per union and members welfare is concerned, the Gambia Teachers\u2019 Union has begun a three-day Training of Trainers for 15 participants across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">The training taking place from the 28th-30th September at the Regional Education Directorate 4 is aimed at equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate the training of close to 1532 School Representatives across all regions. The training is jointly funded by Gambia Teachers\u2019 Union and the Swedish Teachers\u2019 Union- Lararfabundet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">Union officials emphasize the timeliness of the training.
